A One Sentence Summary Of The 3rd Presidential Debate

If tonight’s debate resolved anything, in a few phrases, and in one sentence, here’s my impression:

  • The greatest threat to the world is not a nuclear Iran;
  • it’s not American-Israeli relations;
  • it’s not an imploding Syria;
  •  it’s not a continuing and unsettled Arab Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter;
  • it’s not Russia or China;

It’s Mitt Romney as President of the United States in an environment of danger and complexity.
