Sarah Ganim, a reporter at Central Pennsylvania’s PennLive.com, learned that police investigating sexual misconduct allegations against Jerry Sandusky were at a bit of a dead end in 2009. They’d been unable to corroborate the claims of one boy (later named as Vicitim 1 in the grand jury presentment).
