Prior to his service in the U.S. Senate, David represented the First Congressional District of Louisiana from 1999 – 2004. He also advanced the economic prospects of various professional prostitutes which, without Senator Vitter’s assistance, would very likely be collecting welfare paychecks, food stamps, Medicaid, and even using the so-called services of Planned Parenthood.
