Alleged Medicare Fraudster Dr. Jacques Roy’s FBI Mug Shot
When I first got wind of what I call “MediCaper,” the massive Medicare/Medicaid fraud allegedly engineered by Dr. Jacques Roy, I tried in vain to find a picture of the good doctor, who, by the way, pled not guilty. I did find the one at the left, and the two below (the one on the right from his 1990s Montreal days), but nothing recent.
Frankly, I’d given up. But thanks to the the hard work of dallasnews.com and reporter Roger Mezger, the FBI finally release his mug shot (and those of the other alleged fraudsters, see the previous link to dallasnews.com for those). Here’s his official FBI mugshot in a form that’s suitable for framing:
