Alleged MediCaper Ringleader Jacques Roy Surrenders Texas Medical License.
This post is an update to our growing MediCaper file. On June 8, 2012, Doctor Jacques Roy agreed to voluntarily surrender his medical license and thereby forego the formalities of further investigation by the Texas Medical Board. The doc, by the way, had a checkered medical career well before his indictment for massive Medicare and Medicaid fraud (as in, $350 million massive). We reported that here. He’d earned the loss of his license.
